Let's do this with your numbers.

Two taps and a slider. Then one picture of what the paperwork costs you now, and what it costs with FieldPE on it.

STEP 1 OF 3

What it costs you now

STEP 2 OF 3

And what slips past

One change event nobody wrote up. It never shows as a mistake — it shows as a job that came in thin.

A typical unpriced change on : . Put your own number in.

STEP 3 OF 3

With FieldPE on it

One missed change
FieldPE, a year
what you keep

What you get

Four pieces of the desk, off it

Each one reads your Procore project, cites what it drafted from, and waits for a person before anything files.

RFIs

Every plan

A sub emails a question. FieldPE reads it, finds the drawing sheet and spec section it actually concerns, and drafts the RFI with the passages it relied on shown beside it.

“Which detail governs at grid line 7?” becomes a filed RFI, cited, in about a minute.

Submittals

Every plan

Reviewed line by line against the spec section it belongs to, with the findings written out — what conforms, what deviates, and exactly where the spec says so.

Catches the substitution buried on page 40 of a product data package.

Change orders

Project and up

Change events opened, pricing requested from the right subs, replies read as they land, and the change order assembled. Plus a watcher that flags an RFI answer carrying a cost.

The answer that says “provide additional blocking” becomes a change event, not a surprise.

Scope of work

Enterprise

Trade scopes drafted from the project's own drawings and specs, in your standard provisions and your language, ready to attach to a subcontract.

Twenty trades, drafted from the set, in an afternoon rather than a fortnight.

Pricing

Priced per active job

Unlimited people on every tier. Switch a job off when it closes and it stops billing.

How billing works

Nothing clever, on purpose

Per active job

A job you have switched on in FieldPE. One you have under contract but have not switched on costs nothing.

Switch it off when it closes

It stops billing from the next period. Construction is lumpy; the invoice should be too.

People are never metered

The PM, the assistant PE, the intern chasing submittals. Adding somebody is never a decision you have to make.

Month to month

No setup fee, no annual lock. Cancel whenever, and your records stay exportable either way.

On every plan

The safeguards are not the upsell

Grounding, human approval and tenant isolation are how the product works, not a tier. The cheapest plan is not the risky one.

Grounded in your own project

Every draft cites the drawing sheet or spec section it came from, so a reviewer can check it in seconds instead of taking it on faith.

A person issues everything

FieldPE drafts straight into Procore; issuing it to the architect, owner or sub is a person's decision on every tier.

Your data stays yours

Never used to train a model. Isolated per company at the database level. Exportable and deletable on request.

Questions

Asked on most first calls

What counts as an active job?+
A Procore project you have switched on in FieldPE. Switching one on is deliberate and takes a click; switching it off stops it billing from the next period. Jobs you have under contract but have not switched on cost nothing.
Why per job instead of per user?+
Because that is where the work is. Two project engineers running ten jobs get far more out of this than ten engineers running one — and charging per person would mean charging you more for having a bigger team, while this exists to let a smaller one keep up.
Can this go in general conditions?+
That is the usual treatment and a large part of why we price this way. A cost tied to a specific project generally belongs in general conditions rather than company overhead. Confirm it against your own contract and accountant.
What happens between jobs?+
You pay for what is switched on. Construction is lumpy and software billing usually is not, which is how contractors end up paying full freight through a slow quarter.
Do we need a Procore licence?+
Yes. FieldPE reads and writes your existing Procore project and cannot see anything your own Procore account cannot. Everyone signs in with Google or Microsoft and connects their own Procore account; FieldPE never sees a Procore password.
Is our project data used to train a model?+
No. Your drawings, specs, RFIs and correspondence are never used to train any model, ours or a vendor's. They are sent to answer your request and are not retained for training.
What if the AI gets something wrong?+
It's a draft. FieldPE creates it in Procore, but nothing is issued or sent to anyone until a person does it, and every draft shows the passages it was grounded in so it can be checked in seconds.
How long does setup take?+
One sitting. A company admin installs FieldPE from Procore's App Management, each project engineer connects their own Procore account, and the console fills with your live projects.
Can we change plans later?+
Yes, in either direction, and it takes effect immediately. Downgrading never deletes anything — a tool outside your new tier stops opening, and the records it created stay where they are.
Can we get our data out?+
At any time, without asking us first — a full export of everything your company has in FieldPE. Deletion is equally available and equally complete.

See it on a real job

The fastest way to judge this is to point it at a live project and read what it drafts.
